EDF (Paris) –

EDF undertook a complete overhaul of SEI. This overhaul is named the OMAE (Energy Procurement Modeling Tools) program, composed of 5 lots. LOT 1: Determination and consolidation of billing elements.

As such, Zenika provided EDF with a project team, composed of the various expertise required for the realization of this lot: Solution Architect, Techlead/Devops, Developers (front, back, fullstack), PPO, Designer.

The mission entrusted to Zenika is divided into 3 phases, with the expected outcomes:

Design (4 months), Build (16 months) then Run. All carried out in Agile (Scrum).

- Supervision of developers,

- Continuous integration: Implementation of the CI/CD chain (Jenkins…) and integration of security analysis tools (Sonar, SonarQube)

- Support for EDF teams, and ensure continuous sharing and knowledge transfer (BBL, Kata, Zenbox, …)

- Ensure operational project monitoring, establish regular, exhaustive, and sustainable reporting.

The DIV project: Development of a new cross-functional monitoring application to supervise the business layers, services/functional, and application layers of the Traveler Information chains.

This application, built on an Angular / Spring Boot foundation with PostgreSQL and Safekit, aims to provide a global view of service supervision, to facilitate analysis in case of malfunction.

The EIV project: Implementation of the Elasticstack infrastructure for data analysis, application logs, and Apache logs.

The AVNGR Team is a selected and trained team on Malakoff's preferred technologies and practices. They work on cross-functional projects to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and provide solutions to technical problems.

The Pulse project (Team of 20 people using Scrum methodology):

Sales Assistance Tool for collective sales representatives (companies). It allows sales representatives to sell Health, Provident, Savings, and Retirement solutions to companies.

Mission and main tasks:

● Needs assessment

● Technical studies and solution implementation

● Feature design and development

● Test implementation

● Involvement in several projects

● Code audits and proposals for improvement solutions

Implementation of the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats tools).

● Elasticsearch indexes to speed up and perform more relevant searches with the Pulse tool

● Logstash for the ETL role, performing synchronization between the database and Elasticsearch.

● Kibana for its attractive Dashboards for marketing department heads
