Like a catalyst, I merge and integrate best practices from the best of the different worlds I've evolved in (start-ups, consulting, large companies, product management) to derive concrete, simple things, and equip people, in order to progress towards autonomy of thought and processes.

I also bring a soft skills component necessary for my coaching, firstly because it's a subject that fascinates me and also because I am convinced that in a changing society where AI will take up more and more space, it will be even more necessary to focus on the development of teams' emotional intelligence so that they can collaborate and perform better.
