A program that aims to create a modern big data platform cross Cloud (aws & azure) and OnPremise capable of handling thousands of terabytes of aircraft engines data (Rafale, Airbus,...) and providing a full BI and machine learning capabilities (Gen AI, AI predictive, , …) .

Achievements :

● Drafting technical and functional architecture documents ( High, low and detailed levels, ToGaf, Archimate)

● Defining the framework for selecting technical solutions in projects (SingleStore, Starburst, Dataiku, Talend…)

● Standardizing the use of technical solutions and disseminating best practices across different teams.

● Drafting deployment, network, security, and budgetary architecture documents.

PROJECT 1 - SIRENE

● Create the CI/CD factory for the program : Gitlab-ci, Terraform, Docker ...

● Create the cloud infrastructure on AWS all as Code (IaC): VPC, EC2, ECS, S3, Cloudfront, Lambda, Azure AD, AWS Active Directory, RDS (Postgresql & Aurora), DynamoDb, FsX, ...

● Migration of legacy data from an Oracle database and NaS disks to AWS (20 billion rows per Oracle partitioned table and 10 TB of data on Nas) : AWS DMS, Aws File Gateway, Lambda, Aws Data Sync, ...

● Create a real time application performance monitoring Hub (APM) and analytics Dashboard : Aws ELK (kibana), grafana, cloudwatch logs & alarms, Aws kafka

● FinOps : Recommandations et optimisations, Cost Intelligence Dashboard, Cost and usage Reports & Alarms,

● Product Architecture: ToGaf Standards, Security & CAB validation , HeadLess & MicroServices Architecture. PROJECT 2 - RIO

● Accompany Rio in the creation of the Cloud Architects team. Its aim is to set up the common applications technical architecture (Headless, Microservices, ...), Devops/CI/CD practices, Security & Cloud rules for all products throughout the program (+90 developers) .

● Product Architecture: Togaf, validation with enterprise architects, CAB validation and security validation (application & cloud) , PO & Business requirements.

● Create the RUN management and monitoring Dashboards for all products (Elasticsearch, Grafana, aws cloudwatch groups & alarms, metrics sns, ...)

● Create an ETL platform (Airflow on EKS) which will take care of the transfer and transformation of legacy data from the Data Center to new architectures on cloud.

● Cloud FinOps, recommendations and optimizations of the MongoDb / Atlas databases.

● Follow and supervise good practices in the design of APIs, product architecture diagrams.

● Provide support and guidance to development teams on the CI/CD, IaC and data engineering.

● Participate in the implementation of agility (SAFe, Scrum & kanban) in the program.
