As a SysOps engineer, my role is to manage the AWS infrastructure while integrating the company's corporate solutions with a DevOps approach.

Plan and execute the migration of VMs and physical servers to cloud platforms or datacenters, ensuring that applications and services are available and functioning correctly throughout the process. Implement automation pipelines for infrastructure deployment and updates, using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and XLR to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency. Actively participate in projects to redesign applications and production environments, working with development teams to determine infrastructure and deployment requirements, and implementing solutions that meet these requirements. Use Terraform/Ansible to manage infrastructure as code (IaC), creating reusable templates to deploy consistent and predictable infrastructure resources, which can be easily updated and modified. Use XLR to automate deployment pipelines, integrating infrastructure and application processes and providing an end-to-end overview of the deployment process. Monitor the infrastructure, tracking performance metrics, uptime, and errors to identify and resolve issues quickly. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance, making sure that security policies and standards are met throughout the migration and update process. Provide regular reports on infrastructure status and improvements to be made, using dashboards and reports to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Migration of Servers (800 VMs and 20 physical) from the Marrakech datacenter to the GCP / OVH cloud
