DevOps roadmap for the teams (after the team has migrated to the Azure DevOps environment).
Involve business in the transformation.
Interventions in teams for better sprint planning (no overcommitment), sprint goal, team charter, Agile Maturity Scan, etc.
Set up PI planning event (SAFe) for the various superblocks and ultimately the entire Grid.
Kickstart for Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, and support hackathon Continuous Delivery.
Teams are looking more at the purpose of the various scrum events and improving on them.
PI planning events rolled out for the entire Grid, with teams and stakeholders focusing more on improving predictability, risks, and dependencies.
Teams are working on a roadmap for Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, using dashboarding and KPIs (e.g., DORA metrics) to monitor progress.
