In 2023, I trained numerous companies in the metallurgy sector on the new convention: Naval group, Valeo, Legrand, etc... The current topic is salary transparency and in-depth work on remuneration scales.

I held the position of Human Resources Manager for 15 years within a French group (2,400 employees): recruitment at all hierarchical levels and for all professions, payroll management, budget monitoring, Annual Salary Negotiations (NAO), remuneration and social benefits (profit-sharing, incentive schemes, health insurance...), payroll optimization, HRIS project manager...

Multi-site and multi-activity: support functions, publishing, sales, logistics, and commercial.

Daily work with Comex and Codir members.

Business Partner oriented and focused on organizational optimization.

I adapt very easily to all company contexts.
