Within the ANCT incubator ecosystem, I led the development and deployment of two digital solutions for public sector actors: Aides-territoires and Mon Espace Collectivité.

My role was at the intersection of product, usage, and field operations, with a central objective: to accelerate tool adoption and structure their nationwide deployment.

Phased deploymentof the solution across several pilot territories, with structured scaling-up approach

Implementation of support mechanisms to encourage adoption (webinars, training, user community)

Structuring of monitoring indicators to manage usage and appropriation

Contribution to embedding solutions in public actors' practices

My mission consisted of:

- Increasing service usage by approaching central and decentralized State administrations to onboard 20,000 public servants onto ADE.

- Developing the notoriety of the Business Directory among internal and external decision-makers by engaging the press, participating in events, and organizing presentation webinars.

- Promoting the Business Search APIs and Business APIs

With over 15 years of experience at the crossroads of public and private sectors, I work as a strategy and development consultant, facilitator, and executive coach.

Formerly an intrapreneur within the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs, I founded a state startup and developed solid expertise in innovation, change management, and complex project management.

Today, I also support incubators, entrepreneurs, and leaders in structuring their offerings, clarifying their vision, and activating their growth levers.
