The Hübner Group planned to establish a new manufacturing site in Turkey. The goal was to expand production capacity, leverage logistical advantages, and simultaneously transfer the quality and Lean standards of the Kassel parent plant.

- Site Development & Layout Planning: Analysis and selection of suitable areas, creation of building and production layouts, including material flow planning.

- Production Setup: Structuring production according to Lean principles, selection and procurement of necessary machinery and equipment.

- Process Design & Work Organization: Implementation of standardized workstations (5S, visual management), definition of cycle times and capacities.

- Project Coordination: Management of milestones, suppliers, and interfaces in close coordination with management and local partners.

- Staff Recruitment & Qualification: Support in building a local team, coaching on Lean methods, ensuring knowledge transfer from Germany.

- Quality & Audit Preparation: Implementation of initial quality assurance measures and successful support of a customer audit according to ISO/TS 16949.

- Successful production launch within the planned time and budget

- Transfer of Lean standards to the new site

- Sustainable qualification of local employees and ensuring process stability

- Positive evaluation by customers during the audit
