Maintenance and Improvement of Sales- and CPQ functionality within the Salesforce platform and B2B customer community

Analysis of business requirements and status of current Salesforce functionality, description of functionality to be developed, documentation, provide guidance on development and testing, ensure business requirements are implemented as expected.

In the project at Telefonica Germany, I play a key role in improving the Sales- and CPQ functionality within the Salesforce Core Cloud (Herakles) and the Customer Community (BEA). Tasks comprise the guidance and support of the full development live cycle, starting with the analysis of the business requirements and current state of the system, design of the to-be functionality, guidance on development and testing and ensure that the functionality is deployed to the production environment as expected. I have particular focus on the Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and the customer community, which plays an integral role in the interaction with and selling to existing B2B-customers.

In his role as Solution Architect, Michael Haase designed an approval process for the sale of special machine functions/parameters and the agreement of technology partnerships. He gathered business process requirements from sales and quality assurance, developed the solution design, and implemented it using various Salesforce technologies.

Through the solution created by Michael Haase, we were able to gain significantly more transparency about customer requirements and increase sales success and customer satisfaction.

In the role of Solution Architect, Michael Haase developed a solution to meet GDPR requirements. In close cooperation with the compliance department and sales directors, he comprehensively gathered requirements and developed a solution design that continues to ensure comfortable work for sales and service employees, while also providing sufficient data transparency to meet GDPR requirements.

Mr. Haase implemented the solution design and conducted employee training.
