Missions:

• - Propose technical planning solutions in liaison with local authorities and environmental stakeholders;

• - Conduct diagnostics on agricultural holdings (valuation of land/real estate prices);

• - Contribute to the transfer of farms and agricultural land;

Missions: -Advise and support local authorities in their town center / village center revitalization projects;

• - Lead the "Heritage Towns" Territory Workshop initiative;

• - Mobilize financial resources, prepare and monitor contracts with various funders within the framework of action plans;

• - Support and advise in the implementation of operational tools: ACV / ORT agreement, SPR, DPU;

• - Identify municipalities concerned by the "Petites villes de demain" program based on their characteristics (population, centrality hubs, signs of fragility);

Missions:

• - Issue of urban planning authorizations (building permits, prior declarations, certificates of urban planning);

Functional relationships in this role:

• - Exchange of information with urban planning officers and planning project managers.

• - Relations with technical services (architect and design consultant, ABF)

• - Cooperation with public bodies (Chamber of Agriculture...) and commissions (CDPENAF, CDAC, safety and accessibility commission) which provide an opinion, agreement, or decision regarding the processing.
