I am a community manager on a 3-month contract that was renewed, for a hair salon in the Annecy area.

My tasks consist of managing their Instagram by:

- Creating a tailor-made editorial strategy.

- Creating a monthly editorial calendar

- Creating content in various formats (reels, carousels, stories, posts)

- Weekly engagement routine

- Responding to comments and DMs

- Monthly reporting

To date, my client has seen results from the first month. She was looking to increase and renew her clientele, and these are the results we achieved. In the first month, we reached the goals of 15 new clients, exceeded 1000 followers on Instagram, and increased her number of reviews on Google and Planity.

For a year and seven months, I worked as a head hostess and floating hostess for Charleen, a company belonging to the large SAMSIC group.

I had the opportunity to work as a replacement on about ten sites between Annecy, Lyon, Grenoble, and Saint Julien en Genevois.

Furthermore, I was in charge of quality, safety, and environment for all the hostesses working on each site, and I was responsible for quality checks.

My role then developed thanks to the quality of my work. My superiors gave me more responsibilities, so I participated in client meetings for monthly reviews and annual meetings. I had to prepare PowerPoint presentations, analyze statistics, implement action plans, and in case of problems or conflicts, I also had to manage human situations (conflicts between employees, misunderstandings, etc.). This was for all sites.

I ended this experience because I aspired to something other than salaried employment. I am a very independent and ambitious woman, and I needed to look further.

And thanks to my rigor and humanity, my superiors agreed to end our contract through a mutual agreement.

I completed a degree in real estate through an apprenticeship. I was an apprentice at the company Immo comme vous in Cran-Gevrier, Annecy.

This apprenticeship was a difficult experience for me because, not having any experience in this field, I had to manage the entire transaction department from prospecting to selling properties.

I therefore had to prospect, conduct client appointments, create estimates for apartments or houses, take photos and videos, as well as virtual tours, publish listings on social media and the website, meet and analyze potential buyer profiles, conduct visits, and handle administrative tasks.
