Strategy, in my opinion, serves a single purpose: to create connection, either externally or internally.

I support organizations in creating this connection, both internally and externally, through project management focused on communication and change management.

My outsourced profile, as an independent change management consultant, is a regenerative resource for these companies, with the aim of:

I complement my approach with a strategic vision, working on values, vision, and mission, to provide meaning and ensure consistency up to the application of the roadmap and the implementation of actions.
