• Implement and Oversee Quality Management System (QMS)

• Monitor Quality Performance

• Manage non-conformities & handle a well relationship with Costumers & Suppliers

• Conduct and Follow Up on internal and external Audits

• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects

• Oversee Document Control

• Ensure Compliance with Regulations and CSR

• Collaborate Across Departments

• Ensure execution of quality requirements during Integration and Validation of New Products As Lean Manager

• Continue to perform the same tasks as a Lean Manager as before

In collaboration with the Technical Director and the Branch Lean Manager, in the plastic injection business unit in Morocco (2 Plants): As Engineer Manager,

• Project management, well start-up of the new projects with different customers (Stellantis, Renault, Ford, …)

• Change management follow up, on process & product in serial life,

• Process industrialization, equipment validation & standards developments,

• Mid-term and long-term capacity study,

• Capex Management for Morocco Plants,

• Monitor and report site Level project KPI's, As Lean Manager,

• Continue to perform the same tasks as a Lean Manager as before

As an Executive Committee member for Morocco sites and in collaboration with the Technical Director and the Branch Lean Manager, develops the implementation of the EPS (Excellence Production System) and insure the well deployment of the Lean & CI culture and workshop in the plastic injection business unit in Morocco.

• EPS (Excellence Production System) deployment,

• Implementation of the Lean & CI culture and workshops,

• Manage the Lean & CI activities,

• Training and coaching of the teams in Lean and CI aspects.

• Development of the Lean & CI roadmap strategy and its execution

• Well execution and profitability of the SRP approach.

• Monitor and report site Level CI KPI's
