Define and ensure the Architecture strategy and tactics. Instruct business requests for Group IT solutions for the business areas within the scope. Monitor compliance with architecture rules for major programs and projects within the scope. Coordinate and manage delegations to dedicated program/project architects in the domain if necessary. Ensure with technical architects the consistency of business initiatives with the technical architecture foundation. Instruct and draft architecture documents for opportunities, feasibility, and solutions in response to business needs. Represent the Group Architecture vision to DSI and Business entities. Develop and Maintain the architecture repository for the scope of corporate strategy, GM PA, promotion, HR, general secretariat, and communication (IS Mapping, Business Capability Map, APM, etc.). Lead enterprise architecture for a complex scope (US Promotion & GM PA).

Architecture Studies:

Conduct architecture studies (functional, application, and technical) in line with guidelines and principles.

Verify and analyze the impacts of new solutions and their consistency with the existing architecture.

Present architecture evolution scenarios to train teams and external parties.

Knowledge Capitalization:

Update architectures in the team's Confluence repository.

Update application mapping in CESAR (DSIN Urban Planning Repository).

Train Team Support:

Support teams during Program Increment (PI) development on architecture-related issues.

Enabler Management:

Identify technical work (enablers) to be done at the train level to manage obsolescence, reduce technical debt, and ensure the proper functioning of applications in production.

Prioritize and roadmap enablers.

Monitor and validate enablers following demonstrations by the teams.

Train Security Lead:

Contribute to risk analyses (ARIS) and the production of security documents (pre-BIPSE, BIPSE, etc.).

Design and implementation of an IT Strategic Plan for the 12 subsidiaries of OBS SA: Participate in facilitating kick-offs in France and internationally. Conduct in-depth interviews with operational management to understand business challenges. Facilitate Agile business workshops. Analyze and identify pain points, as well as collect business and technical requirements. Develop an action plan for process-oriented projects. Estimate costs and resources needed for projects, and define KPIs for monitoring objectives. Contribute to the final delivery of the IT Strategic Plan.

Manage the data quality improvement campaign for the application repository (scope: 397 components) and conduct a compliance review ensuring alignment with our expectations. Update the audit file (375 components) and produce TIME matrices for a strategic evaluation of each subsidiary. Use the ABC method for precise cost estimation of the DARE (Data Repository) project, ensuring effective financial management. Contribute to the development of an integration plan for new acquisitions, covering key subjects, stakeholders, and deliverables for a smooth transition. Propose relevant KPIs to evaluate and value applications. Collect and analyze TIME (Tolerate, Invest, Migrate, Eliminate) statuses of application repository components for optimal application portfolio management. Propose and implement a strategy for continuous improvement of required data quality. Produce artifacts (functional mapping of Digital For Business/portfolios and TIME Matrix/entity). Inventory components of the different OBS SA entities (12 entities) on Orange Group's official application repository to define an IT Strategic Plan for each entity. Update OBS SA's architecture principles.
