I chose to focus on testing right after completing my Master's degree in Finance to satisfy my geek side and my taste for communication and listening.

In the world of testing, we need to be able to speak marketing, business, IT, and end-user languages to convey and facilitate the achievement of project objectives. Curious by nature, I can easily understand different business issues and the complexity of multi-technology IT systems.

ISTQB, Agile, Waterfall, CMMi, TMMi: I know how to adapt methods to projects and collaborators, while respecting the importance of a clear method with usable and reusable deliverables.

In addition to my field expertise of over 10 years, I continue to get certified - ISTQB Test Manager, IREB foundation, Scrum Master - based on the needs of my clients and collaborators, to be a relay and a point of reference for those who wish.

I have had the opportunity to work in international contexts and live in different countries (France, Belgium, Tunisia, Canada) and have strong European mobility: for example, going every 3 weeks to see the team in Madrid and Brussels on a project located in Paris. In addition to the enthusiasm of working in a multicultural environment, I enjoy fostering buy-in by taking the time for pedagogy, providing those around me with the tools to test effectively and simplifying the expression of their needs.

Passionate, I come from a financial background because I have always had an appetite for numbers, but interpersonal relationships are key to personal and professional fulfillment for me. Furthermore, I love solo hiking to be as available as possible to meet new people. I have also chosen to be an independent IT professional integrated into the social and solidarity economy through the network "coopérer pour entreprendre", which I invite you to discover.
