I have been working in IT for 24 years, living my passion for software projects and software products. While I primarily designed and developed software solutions at the beginning of my career, my focus has been on business analysis and project management for approximately 20 years.

Furthermore, for about 10 years, I have actively contributed as a Business Development Manager and Product Manager in shaping and developing companies.

In recent years, alongside classic project organization, agile methods such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe have increasingly become part of my daily work. As a coach, I provide operational support in projects, assist in structuring and designing organizations, and as a Business Analyst, I analyze and optimize processes, workflows, and requirements for solutions and products.

I have a scientific and technical background and, due to my own experience and skills in software development and the design of software solutions, I have a deep understanding of technologies and their interrelationships.

I feel comfortable in small and medium-sized as well as large, globally operating organizations – what matters is a creative and open environment and the will to learn and change.

I see myself as someone who strives to achieve the maximum possible within a team and to improve together with others. I am not afraid of challenges and new problems but rather look beyond the obvious to find the best possible solutions.
