I am responsible for the study and scoping of the Data / AI solution to be implemented on MACIF's various projects.

As Lead Run Manager within Cultura's Data department, I was responsible for:

Cross-functional project management: coordinating and monitoring several Data initiatives (CRM, BI, E-commerce, Product Data) involving IT and business teams.

Production supervision: daily management of all ETL processes, microservices, and APIs.

Ensuring quality and performance: implementing KPIs, quality controls, test plans, and corrective actions to optimize processing times and data reliability.

Leading multidisciplinary teams: managing several IT Data teams.

Liaising with IT and business departments: gathering and formalizing needs, prioritizing requests, developing functional and technical specifications.

Continuous improvement: deploying best practices (DataOps, versioning, centralized documentation) and facilitating internal workshops to promote a Data culture.

Through this role, I enhanced the agility and efficiency of the Data department, while ensuring the regular and qualitative delivery of the company's strategic projects.

As Product Owner, I took on the dual role of Business Analyst and Project Manager to orchestrate the evolution of the product referencing chain:

Agile Methodology: facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective) with a team of 5 contributors (PO, Scrum Master, developers, QA).

Business liaison & management: gathering and formalizing needs from Marketing and Purchasing teams, prioritizing the backlog, writing functional specifications, and ensuring deliverable consistency with product strategy.

This mission allowed me to streamline collaboration between IT and business departments.
