I was able to assist teams in standardizing the tools and technologies used, based on Typescript, React, Angular, and Lit.These applications are partly organized as micro-frontends and structured around a shared design system.I was involved in setting up the monorepo supported by Pnpm and Nx, as well as documenting technical choices and implementing custom tools. I had the opportunity to work with Mathieu for several months on a project impacting several dozen functional and technical teams, requiring technical expertise, excellent communication, and a lot of proactivity.
His contribution to the technical ecosystem of Royal Canin (Mars Group's Pet Care Division) was remarkable, both in terms of the technical solutions provided and his attitude towards challenges. Our technical stack is complex, providing about twenty digital services, and it's not easy to get familiar with quickly. Nevertheless, Mathieu rose to the challenge and supported our teams without any issues.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, he perfectly fulfilled this role; his natural temperament and doer mindset make him a leader on complex projects and a quick and efficient support for simple tasks.
I would recommend Mathieu for both small and large-scale projects and would enthusiastically collaborate with him again.
