Design and solo development of aPWAfor the Pocket Operator community (Teenage Engineering). The app allows managing, organizing, and transferring sample banks to PO-33 KO devices via a simple audio cable, without an account or internet connection.

Developed withReact 19**, **TypeScript**, **Vite**, and **IndexedDBfor 100% offline-first operation, it includes a completeGitlab CI/CDpipeline:

- unit tests

- E2ECypresstests

- Lighthouse

- preview environments per MR

- automatic deployment with rollback.

The backend is under development withSymfony 8andAPI Platformto introduce synchronization and community features.

Publicly launched and organically adopted by the r/pocketoperators community, this project illustrates my ability to lead a product end-to-end: from idea to deployment, including user support and community engagement.
