- FincantieriInternship -System EngineerDEFENSE AND MILITARYJune 2017 - December 2017 (6 months)Genoa, ItalyI began my experience in Fincantieri as a Trainee in the Combat System department.Here i was in charge of developing a tool to manage the technical documentationused in the Qatar Navy program.Considering that the most common productivity software in the company was the Microsoft Office Suite i developed my tool with a strong integration with Office.For this reason i decided to use Microsoft Access to create a SW architecture based on Visual Basic for Application (VBA). The tool provide a framework to handle the technical documentation produced during the program and give some useful functions such as, documents versioning and changes tracking system. This tool is still used to manage the documentation and keep track of the contractual deliveries of the Qatar Navy program.
