Within a cross-functional DevOps team, I take charge of about ten .NET6 and .NET8 projects, ensuring the industrialization of deployments and the optimization of CI/CD processes.

As Release Manager, I coordinate production releases, ensure the reliability of deployments and manage investigations in the event of an incident.

My role also covers the administration, automation and continuous improvement of DevOps tools and infrastructures.

Main missions:

- Release Management: Coordination of deliveries, management of deployment schedules and monitoring of releases

- Investigation & Resolution of incidents related to deployments, with opening and monitoring of tickets with the teams concerned

- Industrialization and improvement of CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (YAML migrations, workflow automation)

- Complete administration of Azure DevOps (management of repositories, PR, boards, users, governance and security)

- Configuration and integration of SonarCloud for code analysis and quality control

- Management and security of application identities (Auth0, Azure Key Vault, SSH)

- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (import, creation of resources via scripts and pipelines)

- Deployment and management of microservices with Docker (Dockerfile, Docker Compose)

- Deployment of monolithic applications on IIS servers

- Deployment of applications and resources in the Azure cloud

- Monitoring & Logging with ELK

- Development and maintenance of scripts in Bash and PowerShell

- Document management and secure storage with MinIO and DocuSign

- RabbitMQ administration for message management

As part of the redesign of Scam's Information System, I played a central role within the team in charge of redesigning the member area, combining Agile management, development and DevOps. My role covered Agile workflow management, deployment automation and technical project design.

- Agility & Project Management: Writing User Stories, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retro)

- DevOps & CI/CD: Creation, evolution and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps

- Infrastructure as Code: Development and improvement of Terraform scripts for provisioning Azure resources

- Backend Development: Design and implementation of .NET 6 APIs

- Azure: Creation and management of resources (Whitelist IP, Function Apps, Web Apps, Key Vault, Service Bus, ADB2C)

- Design of cloud architectures adapted to business needs

- Documentation & Design: Writing architecture documents and detailed design

- Stakeholder Management: Communication and synchronization between technical and business teams

- Quality & Tests: Implementation and execution of unit tests
