Test Manager role in Project 2 - Implementation project for the introduction of an innovative check-in / check-out functionality for the public transport Mobility APP MVGO (MVV Swipe): Test management and planning of E2E tests, UAT, and field tests, including resource and cost planning, test analysis, and test case engineering.

Business Analyst in several projects focused on the transition to current process landscapes and IT architectures, particularly: Complex replacement of a rights system and integration of the new solution with systems for non-linear content distribution; Replacement of a legacy program planning system with a purchased solution, including adaptation of numerous business processes. Process / As-is / Gap analyses, interface design and hardening, requirements management, mediation between development teams, support of requirements throughout their entire lifecycle, including quality assurance, roll-out, hypercare.

Furthermore: QA Lead in an agile project for the non-linear evaluation of linear TV content and web-only content. In addition to test management, internal and cross-team quality assurance, also requirements analysis of new requirements and support of new functionalities through conception, implementation, testing, and productive use.

E2E Test Management for the onboarding of a large international partner - White label payment services within the scope of transactions on account, from order receipt through risk checks, CRM Salesforce, SAP GL, FI-AR/-AP to invoicing; including document management, dunning, customer service: Design, coordination of integration and E2E tests involving the customer, design, coordination, and support of E2E test automation. Co-founder and part of an interdisciplinary QA unit within the company.
