    I built and managed a wholesale business in hygiene products, which I started at the age of 20.
    From starting with nothing, I grew the company to an annual revenue of approximately CZK 20 million.

    I was responsible for building and leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, pricing structures, and the entire business model. A key factor in success was establishing direct relationships with manufacturers to secure a stable position in a highly competitive market.

    A significant part of my work involved introducing new products to the market. This included, among other things, the import of biocidal disinfectant wipes (Wipepod), including registration in various countries and the complete market launch.

    Another successful project was building sales for interior fragrances (Hyscent), particularly in the social services sector. In this context, I learned how scalable and profitable business models with recurring consumption are, and the importance of functioning customer service for long-term customer relationships.

    Concurrently, I worked for EcoStep in marketing and business development. There, I focused on communicating technologies that require explanation, especially in areas where there are strong reservations. This experience helped me build trust through long-term and systematic communication, and to sustainably support sales.
