With almost 20 years of experience in operations management and the temp agency industry, I know what's happening on the work floor and in the boardroom. I am broadly deployable at all levels of workforce and flex management: from setting up and optimizing operations to navigating complex laws and regulations, coaching teams, and successfully implementing new systems and processes.

What sets me apart is the ability to maintain an overview while also being hands-on where needed. Whether it's recruitment, staff planning, payroll, relationship management, sales, or finance: I quickly get to the heart of an issue and provide solutions that actually work in practice. I bring structure, strengthen processes, and guide people to a higher level. In addition to an executive or managerial role, I also enjoy taking on an advisory role, providing people and teams with the knowledge and tools to continue independently in the long run.

Throughout my career, I have worked for various organizations, from international hotel chains to national temp agencies, where I was always fully responsible for the entire operation. As co-owner and director of Jeff & Jill Uitzendspecialist, I enjoyed building and running a modern temp agency for six years, with human contact and sustainable employability of employees as its foundation. After this rewarding entrepreneurial period, I find that working *within* organizations energizes me, and I want to apply my knowledge and experience in different places. The step towards becoming an interim specialist therefore feels like a logical and conscious choice, where I can provide real added value to various organizations.

In terms of compliance, I am familiar with ABU certification, the NEN 4400-1 standard, and inspections. Laws and regulations within the temp agency industry are not an obstacle for me, but familiar territory.
