Accent Living Studio is a creative studio dedicated to the design and enhancement of spaces.

I develop a holistic approach combining space design, decoration, and photography, conceived as a continuum: understanding the place, revealing its potential, and translating it visually with accuracy.

The studio assists individuals, professionals, and brands in projects for the layout, transformation, and enhancement of spaces and objects, with particular attention to usage, light, materials, and well-being.

This activity is a continuation of my more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, which today nourishes a sensitive, strategic, and pragmatic approach to projects.

Missions: Development of the promotional file (housing units from 18 to 141 lots, complex operation with a School Group within an OIN), technical management (launch of tender documents, calls for tenders, adherence to schedules, budget control and proper execution of the work, monitoring of final architectural modifications, supervision and participation in handovers), financial and legal management, support for commercial and after-sales service, project lead for 1 building, 1 artwork (3 projects completed).

Outcome: Mastery of project development from A to Z, adaptability in all situations, animation of the program department and other departments transversally by implementing project reviews and processes.

Missions: Development of the promotional file (land acquisition, submission of documents and VEFA matrix, co-ownership regulations, GFA and bank guarantees, works damage insurance, finalization of plans and specifications), sales administration (up to 150 reservation files per year), marketing, client follow-up, handovers (up to 300 lots per year), after-sales service, reporting, and management control.

Outcome: Participation in all phases of a real estate development project, from the land sale agreement to handover and beyond with after-sales service follow-up, creation of a welcome booklet for clients.
