As a mobile digital advisor within a community of municipalities, I had the opportunity to assist a diverse audience in carrying out online administrative procedures, from tax declarations to the use of social services, while providing concrete support for daily digital use. I designed and led group workshops on key topics such as online security, personal data management, discovering collaborative tools, and efficient internet navigation. I also provided individual coaching to directly address the digital divide, targeting specific requests related to the use of smartphones, computers, or tablets. The audience was very diverse: seniors, teenagers, associations, entrepreneurs, and other local stakeholders, with levels ranging from complete beginners to more experienced individuals. I always adapted to each person's pace and needs. Finally, I provided IT support for the network of media libraries. This experience allowed me to develop strong listening, teaching, and adaptation skills.
