I joined Linkbynet, a company with 1000 employees in France and 300 internationally, as an HRIS project manager. Under the direction of a department head, I worked within a team of three project managers (marketing, finance, HR) during an HR tools migration. I ensured coordination between business teams and the IT department, managed change, and oversaw the smooth transition and post-support phases.

I worked with large accounts (+1000 employees) in the banking and energy sectors on strategic HRIS projects. Under the direction of program directors or HR managers depending on the assignments, I worked within project teams of over 20 stakeholders, liaising with IT, technical teams, UI/UX design, and HR business units. Activities: Deployment and RUN project management. Reporting (KPI): activity reports and project plan tracking. Implementation of committee structures and facilitation of project steering meetings. Creation of decision support materials (presentations, minutes, etc.). Functional design. Client needs gathering. Writing functional specifications. Functional validation (organization of acceptance testing: development of test scenarios and associated test data). Change management. Writing procedures and business processes.
