I support leaders in managing and structuring their human resources, with a simple goal: to secure their practices and save them time on daily HR matters.

I worked on an operational scope across three entities where I was involved in all operational HR topics.
I also contributed to the formalization of HR procedures/memos and to the drafting of job descriptions as part of ISO 9001 certification, as well as to the preparation of HR elements that contributed to obtaining ECOVADIS certification.
