I had the opportunity to organize an international corporate seminar for the agency directors of a large company, including complete event management for employees and their spouses.

This project included:

Organization of work sessions and professional meetings

Design of leisure and activity program for participants

Complete management of spouses' travel (transport, accommodation, schedule)

Overall on-site logistics coordination

Management of local suppliers and bookings

Participant support from start to finish of the stay

This experience allowed me to manage a complex multi-profile event, ensuring smooth coordination between professional, personal, and logistical aspects.

In my role, I was responsible for the development, monitoring, and evolution of digital services offered to clients. I started by analyzing their needs through surveys, customer feedback, and analytical reports. I also monitored market trends to define strategic objectives and prioritize features in a product roadmap. I then organized user testing and necessary adjustments, while analyzing KPIs (number of users, conversion rate, satisfaction, complaints). All these actions allowed me to continuously optimize the user experience.
