GRTgaz is the main French operator of high-pressure gas transport.

In this context, it has significant needs for maintenance and inspection of gas infrastructure across all its territories.

Having joined the team responsible for mobile applications used in the field by GRTgaz agents to collect data and report on the condition of pipes and technical stations. These applications, most often installed as Android applications, had strong constraints on offline management, with data loading and measurements taken with little or no network.

The mission consisted of a mix between maintaining pre-existing applications, rich in business rules for data validation, and creating a new gas leak detection project.

Mansa is a FinTech company specializing in financing for small businesses and self-employed individuals. Its activities include both the study and granting of loans with an in-house customer rating function.

Its strength lies in its speed in responding to loan decisions and fund disbursements. It holds a unique position in the financial sector as it can decide on loan approvals without being a bank.

I mainly worked on 2 React and Next.js projects: the showcase website and an internal credit simulation tool.

- For the showcase website, it is a project with an emphasis on performance metrics and SEO. This site is critical as it is the entry point for customers and includes the loan simulation and customer acquisition funnel.

- The internal credit simulation tool, which is a decision-support tool for sales representatives, providing them with accurate, real-time updated data easily.

It involved porting a pre-existing project based on Jupyter Notebook. The objective was to improve its ergonomics, code maintainability, and to separate strong constraints from weak constraints, in order to offer more flexibility to sales representatives for their simulations.
