I am involved in the application maintenance of Dinamic+, a tool for monitoring and supporting companies in their development. My role is to manage incidents, correct anomalies, and supervise the infrastructure, thereby ensuring service continuity and platform reliability.

The environment includes several interconnected services, including IIS, SMTP, and Azure Mail Service, requiring precise monitoring and configuration for their proper functioning.

As a Tech Lead .NET C#, I had several responsibilities:
