As an SAP Test Program Manager, I am responsible for leading the testing efforts of ARIBA implementation and S4 Brownfield project, ensuring that all testing activities are executed to a high level and in accordance with best practices.

I am in charge of two principal projects: Ariba Front Runner, S4 Brownfield

As a Project Manager, I support my clients and ensure that all the key stages of the SAP migration/deployment project are structured in the most optimal way possible in order to have an effective transformation. I am also responsible for objective and quantified elements (planning, budgets, quality of deliverables, etc.).

As an SAP Test Manager, I am responsible for leading the testing efforts of SAP implementation projects, ensuring that all testing activities are executed to a high level and in accordance with best practices.

I am in charge of three principal projet: JAPAX , AMERICAS and TESTA for the SAP SIT automation.

Project Description:

Global strategic program for SAP S/4 HANA deployment.

Main Activity:

Implementation of the Test Strategy for UATs

Develop and implement test plans for different test cycles

Work with the business and end-users to prepare test scenarios and scripts

Define test guidelines and approaches to ensure all test activities are executed according to best practices and meet GxP requirements

Coordinate the efforts of a testing team to ensure tests are performed within deadlines and at the required quality level

Ensure defects are tracked, reported, and resolved quickly and effectively

Provide regular reports on test progress and status to project stakeholders

Ensure test environments are configured and maintained according to project requirements

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of SAP modules and their integration with other systems

Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and practices

Maintain data updates in JIRA

Maintain defect data updates in JIRA

Support change management

Ensure compliance with and application of current standards, methods, and tools for qualification activities

Promote testing activities, especially among project stakeholders
