About Maëva

Welcome! 👋

You are designing a digital health product and feel something is not right: users aren't engaged, the user journey generates errors, or you don't know how to ask the right questions to your field users.

I intervene at key moments of your product: scoping, field research, design - with an external perspective that you don't have internally: that of a designer who structures journeys and a pharmacist who understands the clinical logic behind it.

I don't just deliver mockups. I start with the product problem, validate hypotheses in the field, design, and define with you the metrics that confirm it's working.

What I offer:

Product Scoping: Aligning objectives, regulatory constraints, and user needs before designing
Field Research: Patients, caregivers, helpers — understanding what's really blocking them
Design and Iteration: Journeys, interfaces, tested prototypes
Delivery — finalized interfaces with development partners

Recent projects:
- Hemogyn · diagnostic journey + user research before redesign
- Eclaireur Public · product scoping and design, MVP delivered on time
- Studio design · user research, climate prevention solution

Have a question about your product? I'm available for an initial chat.
