Development of a tool holder for a crimping tool. After the second draft, the project was successfully completed as the customer was extremely satisfied with the solution and the design. The holder impresses with its practical and user-friendly design and is still successfully marketed today.

I was responsible for the dental technology device "Hirsch base device" from the initial design through further development to the market-ready final product. The device has been successfully patented and is manufactured by me in series using 3D printing, while marketing is handled by the client.

I am an experienced product developer with a focus on mechanical design, CAD design, and rapid prototyping. As the founder of von2zu3, I support projects from the initial concept to the real, functional model. My specialty is the implementation of technical ideas into tangible solutions – efficient, precise, and customer-oriented.

With expertise from mechanical engineering, model making, and industrial design, I develop complex gears, fixtures, medical device housings, and custom spare parts, among other things. I work with state-of-the-art CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks) and also offer precise 3D printing services – ideal for prototyping, functional testing, or small series.
