Duties:

- Review of technical deliverables and their consolidation.

- Lead various reviews (design, risks, CAPEX) to facilitate project development and execution.

- Support the identification of the key technical risks of each project and propose mitigation actions.

- Process and pipeline simulations.

◉ Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy (Remote Operations Centers):

- Design and implement business solutions that drive industry, function and technology transformations.

- Analyze current state and design new processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets for remote room operations. ◉ Energy Efficiency / Decarbonization & Energy Transition: Define the strategy and actions needed to achieve clients business objectives in energy efficiency and sustainability for Oil & Gas sector and other industries. ◉ Subject Matter Advisor for Oil & Gas Upstream Industry Operations: Develop of dashboards and reports in Power BI for KPI analysis related to production allocation, production losses and facilities & well downtime for oilfields.

On my role as Project Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that projects were delivered Safe, Efficient, and Reliable Services for our clients in the fields of: maintenance risk assessment, In-line inspection and External Corrosion Direct Assessment and Guided-wave ultrasonic inspection, all these types of services applied to the oil and gas industry and other industries. ◉ Work along commercial executives to coordinate each project according to client's requirements and company´s financial objectives. ◉ Analysis of the financial results for the teams in charge of the project, the clients, and the corresponding internal organizations. ◉ Monitor the specific profitability of the contracts and identify and coordinate action plans in the event of financial/legal/accounting discrepancies
