As a product owner, I manage and facilitate the development of a digital product by building and maintaining a product backlog. I position myself from the expression of end-user needs and project scoping to create a list of features to be developed. These features are then refined into user stories and their development complexity is assessed with the agile development team. My experience in facilitating agile ceremonies allows me to support a team in its transformation towards agility until it becomes autonomous in the methodology. When a product is part of a larger framework, I advocate for conversion to scaled agile using the SAFe method.
