A graduate of the Institut Supérieur St-Luc Tournai, I began my career as a collaborator in an architecture firm, before creating my own structure for 11 years. Individuals and professionals, apartments and shops, from 30 m² to over 1,000 m², from design to site supervision — I have experienced all facets of the profession.

Now, I have chosen pure design: to provide quality technical support to construction companies or architecture firms, with responsiveness, rigor, and a sense of listening that makes the difference.

01 - 2D laser survey + 360° photos

I visit your client's premises and perform a complete laser survey.

You will receive:

– The laser survey with dimensions, areas, and 360° photos

– Photo report

02 - Preliminary quote

At the same time as the laser survey, I gather your clients' needs. You will receive:

– A preliminary quote generated using your software according to your nomenclature (to be finalized by you afterwards)

03 - Cleaning up existing plans

The laser survey becomes a clean, dimensioned plan, ready to be integrated into your client file or presented in a site meeting.

04 - Cleaning up project plans

Cleaning up client project plans in 2D and 3D.

05 - Work description in plans & precise preliminary quote

Creation of work plans (all trades) to better define your services:

– Ensuring understanding of your quote

– Fewer surprises on site

Creation of a precise preliminary quote corresponding to the project (all you need to do is finalize it)

06 - Administrative procedures

Preparation and submission of files: prior declaration, building permit, ERP (public access building) files. I manage communications with the relevant authorities.

As an interior architect, I design, restructure, and arrange spaces for individuals and professionals, combining creativity, functionality, and technical expertise. I create optimized and harmonious spaces, designed for use, while integrating technical and regulatory constraints. I am attentive to clients and partners, proactive in proposing relevant solutions, and ensure objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.

Execution of projects with full scope of services: Project design / Submission of prior declarations & building permits / Preparation of tender documents and bid packages / Site supervision up to handover.
