For two years, I was responsible for the design, CAD modeling, additive/subtractive manufacturing, and assembly of numerous parts for the production of battery packs covering a wide range of applications (home storage, two-wheelers, motorcycles, paramotors, cars, etc.).

I learned to operate machining equipment (wood, plastic, metal milling, etc.) and additive manufacturing equipment (FDM 3D printer). This allowed me to directly consider the technical constraints of these tools during the design phase.

Notably, I largely designed a high-power battery pack with active cooling by immersion in a circulating dielectric fluid.

For 5 years, I collaborated on the development of a fluid mechanics code for simulating rocket engine jets.
