Weekly and monthly production of financial and operational reports (turnover ~€900 million) using Excel (Pivots, Power Query, macros) and Power BI, for productivity and performance monitoring. Development, automation, and optimization of dashboards and steering tools (financial and operational KPIs) to ensure data reliability and quality. Preparation of turnover forecasts and consolidation of results by sales department using advanced Excel models and SAP E-Pilot integration. Monitoring and analysis of operational costs, P&L, and budget variances, with active participation in annual and quarterly budget cycles. Detailed financial business analyses for Business Reviews and design of dynamic dashboards for Business Reviews and top management. Robustness of forecasts with continuous improvement in collaboration with Business Partners: support, monitoring, and management of budget performance.

Monitoring of operational costs (OPEX, CAPEX) and participation in the accounting closing process via SAP ERP. Participation in budget monitoring, including the development of annual budgets and analysis of variances compared to the previous year. Monthly closing and audit of expense reports, control of supplier costs, requiring management of different information sources to support an analytical overhaul. Design of HR and financial dashboards for steering headcount and headquarters costs, reinforcing performance management. Production of financial dashboards and KPIs for organizational steering, via SAP ERP and advanced Excel.
