With 17 years of professional experience in transaction consulting, I am very experienced in implementing sales mandates or searching for investors. Likewise, I always find M&A transactions exciting and have supported companies from DAX corporations to owner-managed medium-sized companies or start-ups in dealing with the challenges of a transaction process. At both investment banks and a Big Four firm, I have led large and small teams, actively participating in all process steps. Now I have recently founded my own startup, yet I cannot let go of M&A, which is why I want to offer my experience as a consultant. I am currently working for a software company in the energy sector and one in web development.
