I contributed to the development of applications for banks such asNeuflize OBCand **Crédit Agricole**. The most interesting assignments are the following:
1) Development (from scratch) of the "Request Management" application (GDD)
With the aim of decommissioning lotus note (collaborative work software), we had to refactor GDD. To do this, we were 2 developers, myself and a junior.
I performed the following actions:
-> Requirements gathering
-> Design (UML + clean architecture)
-> Development
-> Deployment on on-premise infrastructure
-> CI implementation
-> Junior mentoring

2) Maintenance, evolution, and migration to Azure of the "Intranet Banque de France" (IBDF) application
To migrate the application to Azure, I had to implement Microsoft authentication and calls to DDS APIs which are now responsible for querying application data on Azure. I was the sole developer with a DevOps team based in India.
To do this, I performed the following actions:
-> Application restructuring using clean architecture
-> Rewriting of certain functionalities
-> Implementation of authentication via MSAL
-> Implementation of calls to DDS APIs
-> Unit tests
-> Deployment via CI/CD on Azure

3) Rewriting of applications within the KOSMOS program at Credit Agricole Centre-Est (CACE)
To address server decommissioning, CACE decided to rewrite 75 applications in 18 months with a team of 6 developers (including myself as lead dev), 3 business analysts, and a project manager. I performed the following actions:
-> Synchronization meetings with the project manager to report alerts and adjust the schedule
-> Meetings with the CACE tech lead to make suggestions to accelerate development.
