In this mission for an event management SME, I designed and delivered training on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 (Planner, Lists, Tasks, etc.), focusing on collaborative adoption and SharePoint integration.

We structured internal uses (projects, communication, document sharing) and laid the groundwork for a personalized Teams homepage via SharePoint, guiding the thinking on governance, document management, and daily best practices.

The goal: empower teams to use Teams autonomously as a hub for Microsoft collaborative tools.

I assisted Alexandre in the complete automation of his "CLOSER" questionnaire sending campaigns via Power Automate. We structured client and participant databases on SharePoint and automated the sending of personalized emails containing unique links for each respondent, connected to the Gravity Forms form. Sending these Mailchimp campaigns is managed via API requests for advanced integration and a user interface from Excel Online. This automation ensures reliability, advanced personalization, and operational efficiency, while remaining easy to maintain.

I contributed to transforming an analysis solution into a reliable and marketable tool, overcoming several technical challenges.

✅ Redesigned Power BI dashboard: fixes, optimized performance and design, smooth navigation.

✅ Automated form data collection: connection between Power BI, SharePoint, Gravity Forms via a Power Automate flow and a webhook.

✅ Online publication: secure report access for clients, row-level data security (RLS).

✅ Administration tool (BI Admin): creation of a dashboard to monitor analyzed forms.

✅ Creation of custom visuals in Python for Power BI

Challenges met and overcome:
