I'm a Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 consultant working with UK organisations across healthcare, charities, public sector, and higher education. I design, build, and improve Dataverse-based systems that people actually use.

Twenty years in the Microsoft business applications space, from Dynamics CRM 2011 through to current Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. SC cleared. Available outside IR35.

Typical engagements include rescuing stalled Power Platform projects, building Dataverse case management and client portal solutions, automating onboarding and back-office processes, and giving in-house teams the structure to keep things running after I leave. I've also developed two productised solutions — a D365 Onboarding Accelerator and CharityConnect, a Dataverse case management platform for UK charities.
