• Management of claims on special policies / tailor-made policies (e.g., Business Interruption, Machine Breakdown, Medical Professionals, etc.)

Scope: Residential, Property, Commercial, Professional, Civil Liability

• Management of all guarantees claims up to €100,000, from opening to closing

• Exercise of recourse, including escalation

• Application of Conventions (CIDECOP, IRSI, etc.) and common law

• Management of bodily injury claims (beginner profile)

• Training of new joiners and cross-functional activities (service coordination, improvement of processes and IT tools, etc.)
