I've been on stage for years, and during that time I've learned that strong performance is never just about technique. Technique is the foundation, but what truly makes a difference — especially within teams — is the ability to feel, to dare, and to create something together that resonates. That vision forms the core of my work as a coach today.

My journey began in musical theater, where I developed within ensembles and productions. There, I saw firsthand how group dynamics make the difference: why some teams connect effortlessly and create impact, while others remain stuck in "correct but flat." I translate those insights into coaching and training for teams in various sectors today.

I work with teams within companies, organizations, and creative sectors on voice use, communication, presence, and collaboration. Whether it's sales teams, managers, performers, or customer-facing professionals — the core remains the same: how do you come across, how do you work together, and how do you make an impact as a group?

My approach is direct, honest, and results-oriented. No standard training, but custom-tailored programs for the team and context. I work on, among other things:
