As a Python and SQL trainer, my role is to impart technical skills in programming and database management.

I teach key concepts such as SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) and data manipulation with Python (pandas, numpy).

I guide learners through practical case studies, solving data analysis and process automation problems. I ensure they master good coding practices, such as writing optimized queries and effectively using data structures.

My teaching approach is adapted to the learners' skill levels to foster continuous progress. I implement regular assessments to measure learning and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Driving product performance through the definition of strategic KPIs and multi-source data analysis (logs, CRM, product usage).

Within Carrefour Supply-Chain, I developed and implemented data analytics solutions to optimize the management of Private Label (MD) and Own Brand (MP) products. Here is an overview of my achievements and responsibilities:

- Development of a data collection and cleaning methodology: I designed and implemented a robust method for collecting, cleaning, updating, modeling, and reporting critical data, thereby improving the quality and reliability of information used for strategic decision-making.

- Innovative classification algorithm: I created a classification algorithm capable of identifying product families and stores most impacted by sales. This solution helped secure the business by anticipating needs and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

- Automation and digitalization of reports: I initiated advanced automation and enhanced digitalization of reports using Google tools (Google Sheet and Google Data Studio). This initiative increased the efficiency and accuracy of reports, facilitating faster and better-informed decision-making.

- Migration of large reports: I played a key role in migrating reports from Microsoft Excel to Google Sheet and Google Data Studio, managing over 10 million lines of data. This enabled better data management and optimization of analytical processes.

- Data visualization and reporting: I used various data visualization tools to create strategic and operational reports, improving the understanding and interpretation of data by decision-making teams and enabling more informed and proactive decision-making.
