After 10 years as a customer service telephone advisor, 3 years of life as a mother and the upheavals that come with it, 😉

My last truly fulfilling professional experience was in 2015, which involved supporting and advising on integration, as well as training for learning the French language for a foreign audience or those with literacy issues.
