As a Product Designer at Lucoyo Health, I was responsible for the usability of the digital platform for psychotherapy practices. One of my main projects was the redesign of the psychotherapy request page, where I improved the conversion rate and overall UX through targeted user research, iterative prototyping and personalization options. I structured complex requirements and strong GDPR reliance into clear flows, made design decisions transparent and guided the team through all phases.

rapidmail is Germany’s leading SaaS platform for creating engaging and efficient newsletter campaigns. I led the end-to-end development of a multitude of features, In-App as well as marketing-related topics on the landingpage.

► Designed and user-tested a new Pricing Page whose perceived attractiveness increased by 18%

My role at Neuwaerts was not defined by my job title. I operate as a mythological unicorn, a hybrid between a Motion and Visual designer, with skills and experiences expanding into design research, prototyping and UX design.
