I founded Resulo GmbH to find out if there is a market for truly sustainable and durable products. The topic of sustainability is very present in my environment, and I wanted to make my own contribution. It quickly became clear: high-quality, durable products attract interest, but their price must remain within a reasonable range – a challenge in practice.

At Resulo, I took on many areas myself – from development and prototyping to marketing, patent applications, and video production. Even though it wasn't originally planned that way, I learned a lot in a short time. In total, about 50 product ideas were generated, three of which I was able to implement specifically:
– a mechanical sourdough starter machine,
– an ergonomic safety knife for slicing bread
– and a special storage for sourdough that protects it from mold and can be used without dripping.

The most important insights from this period:
– Speed is crucial – as soon as an idea is formed, it should be tested directly on the market.
– Sustainability often works better through simple, everyday solutions than through moral appeals.
– Efficiency and focus are key success factors.
– Constructive feedback moves you forward – especially when it's critical.

I was employed as a development engineer, initially for mechanical product development in the area of test solutions for PCB testing, and later for product development in the area of high-frequency test solutions. In addition to mechanical design and FEM simulation with SolidWorks, manufacturing coordination and process development were also part of my regular duties. I was always responsible for project management and for leading and coordinating smaller project teams in up to 8 projects simultaneously. In the last year, I was also co-responsible for the development of the corporate strategy for the HF test solutions division.
