Performed an express technical audit of a SaaS platform before its production launch, based on a Next.js, NestJS, and Supabase stack.

The audit focused on security, scalability, consistency of the PostgreSQL data model, and overall code quality. The analysis combined static code review, dynamic testing on deployed environments, and technical discussions with the development team.

The mission resulted in a structured audit report including a prioritized risk register (critical, high, medium, low), actionable technical recommendations, several quick wins implemented directly via Pull Requests, and a reasoned GO / NO-GO decision for the production launch.

A clear and prioritized remediation plan was also defined to secure the application, fix critical vulnerabilities, and prepare for the implementation of Microsoft 365 SSO authentication via Supabase.
